<p>A humanitarian and entrepreneur who loves life, grinds hard and always wears a picture perfect smile, Rodney has a passion for photography that began with photographs of family and friends and has evolved from a hobby to a profession.</p>

<p>Rodney has captured the images of people, places and events across Ghana and would soon take on West Africa, Africa and eventually the world. Through his unpretentious approach, he has photographed the likes of H.E John Mahama, Sir Sam Jonah, Kojo Antwi, Ama K, Anita Erskine, Becca and a host of others.</p>

<p><a href="http://tedxyouthinspire.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Estelle.jpg"><img class="size-full wp-image-563 alignright" title="Estelle" src="http://tedxyouthinspire.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Estelle.jpg" alt="" width="160" height="164" /></a>Currently the Country Lead of Google Ghana, Estelle is a highly  motivated individual, committed to the social and economic development of Ghana. Previously the Managing Director of BusyInternet, Africa&#8217;s hugely successful internet startup, highlights of her leadership there include launching an ISP which went on to be awarded ISP of the year  2008, winning a World Bank Incubator SME program grant and  successfully raising the  finances required to open two additional cafe outlets serving an average of 1000  clients per day. In 2008, Estelle was awarded Top African  ICT Business Woman by the ForgeAhead African ICT Achievers Award Program  in South Africa.</p>

<p>A 2008 Class Fellow of the West African  Leadership initiative (Aspen, Colorado), Estelle has a degree in Economics and Development  Studies from the University of Sussex. Other work experience includes being the Conference and Banqueting Manager at La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel (Ghana’s only 5-star hotel) and Project Manager of the National Poverty Reduction  Program at ProNet (local NGO partner to WaterAid UK). From her twelve years work experience in Ghana, Estelle has a broad understanding of  local conditions, politics, social dynamics and the ICT community.</p>

<p>Tasked with inspiring young people to make sustainable transformation, the conference will utilize the theme &#8220;A Good Head &amp; A Good Heart&#8221;, from former South African President Nelson Mandela&#8217;s 1995 autobiography Long Walk to Freedom, to exhibit how radical thought and integrity of spirit combine to create unlimited possibilities for a brighter future.</p>
<p>Space for TEDxYouthInspire is limited.  Young people interested in attending should <a title="Apply to attend TEDxYouthInspire" href="www.tedxyouthinspire.org/attend" target="_self">apply early</a>.  Eligible applications must be received by Sunday, January 31, 2010 to be considered for admission.</p>

Established in 2003, through a partnership between the Government of Ghana and the Government of India, this state-of the-art facility provides a dynamic environment for innovation, teaching and learning as well as practical research on the application of ICT4D in Africa.</p>
